I don’t know about you but for me, Sundays are a day of getting my life back together! As Monday starts to roll around I like to know that I am completely organised and know what is coming ahead for the week and that everything is in order. So if you are wanting to start a Sunday routine to get your life together then this is the video for you!

The planning system I use is bullet journalling! If you are wanting to know how to start a bullet journal then check out this post or just looking for some inspiration then watch my plan with me. Now I understand this isn’t for everyone so there are definitely other alternatives, I would suggest trying out google calendar or wunderlist, they are my other 2 favourite ways of planning out my life.
I would have already set goals for a bigger period say the month or year so I will look over those goals and see what I need to complete for the week to get me closer to the bigger goal. Then begin to put that into my planning system aka bullet journal

I like to get myself into a positive mindset to start the week. I believe its really important to live with a positive outlook on life because this way you will only attract more positivity into your life. Practising mindfulness and meditation is how I continue to keep my positive mindset. I have a video completely explaining this so give it a watch here!
Making sure your room and area is clean to start the week will leave you in a much better mood when you wake up on the dreaded Monday morning. I have completely decluttered my room using the Konmari method which actually now leaves me with very minimal cleaning up to so because I am able to keep my area tidy most of the time.
