I don’t know about you but for me, Sundays are a day of getting my life back together! The planning system I use is bullet journalling! If you are wanting to know how to start a bullet journal then check out this post or just looking for some inspiration then watch my plan with me. Now I understand this isn’t for everyone so there are definitely other alternatives, I would suggest trying out google calendar or wunderlist, they are my other 2 favourite ways of planning out my life.

Struggle with setting goals? This is how I set goals that actually means I will achieve them!
I like to get myself into a positive mindset to start the week. I believe its really important to live with a positive outlook on life because this way you will only attract more positivity into your life. Practising mindfulness and meditation is how I continue to keep my positive mindset. I have a video completely explaining this so give it a watch here!
Making sure your room and area is clean to start the week will leave you in a much better mood when you wake up on the dreaded Monday morning. I have completely decluttered my room using the Konmari method which actually now leaves me with very minimal cleaning up to so because I am able to keep my area tidy most of the time. If you are looking to declutter your space then this video is full of amazing tips and tricks to make the whole process super easy!
If my mind is feeling a little bit all over the place then I will do a bit of journaling. If just looking at a blank piece of paper kind of scares you then here’s 25 journal prompts to get you started.
